Michael Hannath

 

Michael Hannath BSc (Hons) MRICS FNAEA (Managing Director)

Michael is a Chartered Surveyor with 10 years experience in Residential and Commercial Property Services. He graduated from the University of Ulster with an honours degree in Estate Management in 2000 and went on to work for a leading Commercial Property Consultancy in Belfast before opening his own business in September 2004. Michael is involved with all aspects of the business generally but focuses specifically on commercial agency and investment / development transactions.

 
 

Gary Little

  

Gary Little Bsc (Hons) MRICS (Director)

Gary Little is a Chartered Surveyor with 10 years experience in Residential & Commercial Property Services.  Gary joined Michael in December 2006 and now heads up the Professional Services team within the company. He is responsible for carrying out & overseeing all commercial and residential valuation work which passes through the office.  Further work includes representing landlords and tenants in rent review and lease renewal negotiations. Experience ranges from valuations to landlord and tenant cases, statutory compensation, and rating through to property investment and development advice.
 Gareth McQuitty  

Gareth McQuitty (Associate Director)

Gareth has been with Michael Hannath since the business was created in September 2004 and was made an Associate director in 2007. He heads up the Residential Agency team and is involved with all aspects of residential property transactions including market appraisals, sales, lettings and management.
 Chris Murtagh  

Chris Murtagh LL.B (Hons) PG Dip Surv Dip DEA

Chris graduated from Dundee University with a first class honours degree in Law with Spanish and has recently completed a post graduate diploma in surveying with the College of Estate Management. Chris is working towards professional accreditation as a Charterred Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Chris has been with the company since August 2006 and works closely with Gary within the professional services team and carries out Domestic Energy Assessments.
 Alastair Glass

 Alastair Glass MNAEA

Alastair worked as a civil servant for five years serving time within both the Water and Planning Services and changed career path to join Michael in August 2007. He works closely with Gareth as part of the residential team as a sales and lettings valuer and negotiator. Alastair has recently completed a qualification within the National Association of Estate Agents.
 Ivan Hewitt  

 Ivan Hewitt BSc (Hons) Prop Inv & Dev.

Ivan recently completed his final year of a four year Property Investment and Development Degree at University of Ulster.  He joined Michael to complete his placement year in 2006/2007 and has remained as a permanent part of the team balancing work and study.  Ivan works closely with Michael within the commercial agency and management sectors.
   

Anne Moore MNAEA

Anne has joined the Michael Hannath team as manager of our new Lurgan office.  For 12 years Anne has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in the local market in all aspects of sales, lettings, new home appraisals, negotiations and property management.  In 2007 she completed a qualification with the National Association of Estate Agents.
